Our Guarantee
Each butterfly is reared with tender loving care and guaranteed to be healthy and vibrant for your release. We include an extra butterfly per each dozen purchased in the rare case a butterfly does not survive. In the unlikely occurrence that you have any problem with your order, notify us immediately and we will make every effort to promptly correct the situation or we will refund your money in full.
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
- Please give us three (3) days notice before your event if you see the weather is not going to cooperate. We will gladly cancel your order and refund the full purchase amount.
There is a 15% cancellation fee if you cancel for any other reason.
- We reserve the right to substitute butterfly species if we feel the quality of butterflies do no meet our standards.
- This situation is very rare but can occur - The customer understands that Magical Butterfly Memories is not responsible if the order(s) arrives late or are delayed in shipping due to weather, mechanical failure or negligence on the part of the shipper. Yet ..... we will refund your money is full.
We track all shipments and will provide you with the tracking number via email.

We guarantee a healthy delivery of butterflies, but will not be responsible for loss due to mishandling of the package after receipt. You must be present to receive the package the day before your event. We will not be liable for packages that are left outside because the recipient was not available for delivery.
For a successful release, butterflies should be released outside (only) before the sun sets and the temperature is above 65 degrees for the monarch butterflies and 72 degrees for the painted ladies.
